Hotel Carolina in Bacalar exceeded all our expectations during our Christmas getaway. The 3-star accommodation with a private beach area and a terrace provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing holiday. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink and a seamless check-in process. The concierge service was particularly helpful in organizing a grocery shopping service for us, making our stay even more convenient.The continental breakfast served daily was a delightful start to our mornings, and we loved grabbing a snack from the on-site deli by the pool. The safety features at the property gave us peace of mind, allowing us to fully unwind and enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings of Lake Bacalar.Our room, featuring a balcony with pool view, was spacious and elegantly designed.
